Employee Ownership Association (EOA) needed

support to deliver a national PR campaign that would secure national press coverage across broadsheets and broadcast media, as well as engaging members and stakeholders to create awareness across the UK.

Fred delivered

a campaign that culminated in national EO Day. This included engagement with over 280 members, over 4,000 pieces of online engagement and media coverage in an array of targeted media titles, including the Financial Times, BBC Breakfast, Radio 5, BBC Scotland and Radio 4. Following the success of EO Day Fred was commissioned to provide a full marketing and design service for the EOA and we have also recently won their national PR contract.

Annual review

Stakeholder and member engagement is key to the EOA and the annual report is a core document for the organisation. Fred has now designed this for two years and each time we add a new element to keep the document fresh, relevant and engaging.

Online

Fred reinvigorated the EOA’s website to ensure that it effectively championed the sector, drove member engagement and provided a reference portal for core information, reports and studies. The site is easy to update, platform responsive and has capacity to add new sections and features in line with future campaigns.

Z-card

The EOA drives growth in the sector and wanted a summary leaflet that would convey core sector information in a simple, effective and easy to read format. Fred recommended a Z-card and a bespoke set of infographics. This has had a great impact and Fred were commissioned by the John Lewis Partnership (a member of the EOA) to produce a bespoke version for them too.

#EODay

As part of the campaign we delivered for EO Day, Fred developed a social media campaign with a detailed conversational calendar, follower engagement plan, and visual props that would drive shares and content development. The campaign was a huge success and has been rolled out in subsequent years with growing engagement each time.
