Following a two-year multi-million pound refurbishment this exciting diverse venue wanted a re-brand to increase its profile and its ability to compete commercially on the national stage. Fred developed an adaptive brand concept which allows the venue to showcase its diversity in a unique way that would appeal to multiple audience groups.  The response has been nothing short of amazing.

City of Culture

3 years ago Hull was named as UK City of Culture 2017 – we’ve been engaged in this from the beginning and now it’s here we couldn’t be more excited to be part of it. Fred have designed and copywrtitten for various core publications including the stakeholders brochure and we are delighted to be involved both as an agency and as part of the audience.

Freedom Festival

The Freedom Festival was launched in 2007 and has grown every year since to become a core part of the city events calendar. The branding, developed by Fred’s Creative Director, has stood the test of time and is still a core part of the visual identity.  Now 3 days, 200 events, more than 70,000 people but still one brand.
